had to sleep on this one because i needed to place a hard cutoff at around 2001 (when SA2B came out and rouge the bat made me gay) and think of anything from before then... and it's kinda looking like it's gonna be edd/double d from the ed boys show starring eddy's hubris

i don't know about "dumb", i usually just call him "darling" (actual pet name) or "seanathan" (a nicholasname) but watch, i'll probably remember something like hours after i post this
